To start:
King Fish Sashimi with Sambal Rujak, Jicama, Strawberries, Cucamelon, and Rice Puff Cracker
Chicken and Mushroom Wonton with Soto Broth, Crispy vermicelli, chives, Kafir lime leaves, chili, and bitter-nut chips
To continue:
A good son Nasi Goreng with vegetable pickles, Sambal Ulek, and Soybean cracker
Slow-cooked Lamb Shank green curry, with zucchini, pickled onion, basil and green chili chutney
To finish:
Wingko Babat, a traditional Indonesian coconut and glutinous rice pancake, with lychee cream, mango sorbet, and mango crumb.
